Approved Candidates
We will make the necessary arrangements to meet and clear the candidates from the immigration checkpoints and arrange for their medical check-ups before sending them to the clients. We will also attend to all documentation relating to the application of work permit for the foreign employee.
Medical & Psychological Tests
Accepted applicants must pass Medical & Psychological Examinations conducted by accredited medical clinics.
Trade Tests
when necessary, technical capabilities of applicants are tested by Trade Test Centers duly accredited by the National Manpower & Youth Council.
Follow Up Services
We will follow up to ensure that the foreign employee is performing satisfactorily and that the client continues to be satisfied with the results of our work.

Pre-selection

Preliminary Interview
Technical specialists determine the capabilities of each applicant via one-on-one interviews to ascertain who are most qualified and fit for the employers final selection.
Final Interview
Client representatives interview the candidates and finalize acceptance or non-acceptance. Working conditions are disclosed and terms of engagement are discussed.
